A place to gain distance from everyday life and connect with like-minded people, The Porter Berghotel & Lodge Resterhöhe is an authentic Alpine winter hideaway that invites you to experience new heights, breath in nature, be with friends and focus on the essential.
This rustic yet charming ski-in / ski-out mountain chalet aims to foster community, real connection with nature, and a conscious approach to the beauty of life.
We are located on 1,760 meters of height. Just open the door and put on your skis – right on the slopes of the famous Kitzbühel ski resort. You are surrounded by countless slopes, glistening snow and untouched natural landscapes as far as the eye can see.
Skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring, sledging or just a hot chocolate in a deckchair on the sun terrace with your family – you decide what your perfect winter day should look like.

The Porter Project X Kitzbühel Resterhöhe offers a puristic and authentic ski-in / ski-out chalet experience on 1,760 meters above sea level – with a focus on nature, community and recovery. All of our rooms feature a washstand with high-quality bathroom amenities and premium towels, while generous and neat showers and toilets can be found in the hallway. Our suite categories offer private bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Family Suite
Luxurious and spacious suite with breathtaking mountain
views, offering a main bedroom as well as bedroom with
bulk bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with rain
shower and toilet.
Mountain Suite
Our second mountain suite with breathtaking mountain
views offers a main bedroom as well as a cosy and
spacious living area with a sofa bed. Private bathroom
with rain shower and toilet.
Four-Bed Room
Authentic cottage-style four-bed rooms feature two
comfy bunk beds with high quality linen, floor heating,
dresser, sofa, and washingstand. Showers and toilets are
located in the hallway.
Three-Bed Room
Authentic cottage-style 3-bed rooms with one bunk bed
and a single bed featuring high quality linen, floor heating,
dresser, sofa, and washingstand. Showers and toilets are
located in the hallway.
Double Room
The perfect place for lovebirds, our cosy double room offers
intimacy and comfort with a king size bed with high quality
linen, a dresser, as well as a washstand. Shower and toilet
are located in the hallway.
Attic Three-Bed Room
Our attic rooms with three single beds are located on the
chalet's top floor, washstand with hairdryer and premium eco
bathroom amenities, and storage space. Shower and toilets
in the hallway.
Double Bunk Room
Cosy one bulk-bed room on the chalet's top floor, in-room
washstand with premium eco bathroom amenities and
hairdryer. Shower and toilets in the hallway.

A day in the mountains, full of fresh air, skiing and expansive views makes us hungry for the good, the traditional and the genuine. Let’s start the day right with a healthy and varied breakfast buffet. In the evening, we invite our house guests to join us in the Stube for a regionally inspired and creative family-style 3-course menu and round off the evening with good wines, tasty drinks, talks and good vibrations.
During the daytime our team serves snacks and mountain classics from our menu of the day, as well as a wide selection of coffee, drinks and home-made pastry and cakes.
When selecting our produce, we attach utmost importance to regionality, quality and sustainability. The Porter values the collaboration with local manufacturers, traders and producers. We value simplicity, which we try to perfect rather than complicate.
