All our residences feature select, custom-made design furniture, fully-equipped pantry kitchens, en-suite bathrooms, working desks and dining areas, as well as curated art and bespoke organic bathroom amenities.

When staying at The Porter you don’t have to sacrifice on productivity or creativity. Our houses offer flexible offices, creator spaces, co-working areas, as well as meeting and event rooms.

Add-on services include bottom-less coffee, tea, and water, as well as instant booking and payment through The Porter App, either on a subscription or day-pass basis.

for the neighborhood.

All our houses boast a lively neighborhood bar and café, which serves as a central hub open for all-day service, attracting the local crowd. In the future, we will also provide full-fledge restaurants, collaborating with forward-thinking restaurateurs.

While our menus differ from location to location, convenient guest services like digital App payment are driving a consistent service and guest experience.

Sports facilities and classes are included in our membership, however day passes can also be booked based on availability.
