Try the filter coffee by the Hoppenworth & Ploch Roastery, known for their fair and sustainable beans, which goes great with a warm luscious cinnamon roll or a chocolate knot with cardamon. Or the small batch, handcrafted coffees from the Erfurt-based Epitome Coffee with the option to sample immersion, pour over, or cold drip.
